Boston police are seeking the public’s help identifying two suspects who were allegedly involved in an August 22 shooting in Dorchester, according to a statement .

One of the suspects, referred to by police as “Suspect One,” is described as wearing dark clothing, a white full-face mask, and white and red footwear. They may have an injury to their right forearm or wrist, according to police.

The other suspect, referred to by police as “Suspect Two,” is described as wearing a black full-face mask and a grey hooded top with black lettering across the back, police said in the statement.

The shooting occurred just before 6 p.m. near Old Colony Terrace and Savin Hill Avenue. The incident happened during what began as an attempted carjacking, according to police.
