SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- An incarcerated woman in a Female Community Reentry Program (FCRP) in San Diego County walked away from the facility Tuesday.

Angel Rayburn, 37, was confirmed missing around 9:05 p.m. after security officials were alerted that she had tampered with her ankle monitor and walked out of the FCRP facility, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said on its website.

Rayburn was last seen wearing black sweatpants, black sweatshirt and white sneakers near the intersection of Kearny Mesa Road and Armstrong Street in San Diego. She is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing around 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
