INDIANAPOLIS — Kevin Lynch's first head coaching gig comes on the campus where his dad played and coached as well.
"For me, it was right away that it was something I wanted to get involved with and hoped I'd get the opportunity do," Butler's new head football coach said.. "It's certainly exciting and it's been fun every day."
Kevin's father, Bill Lynch, was a three-time All-American quarterback for the Bulldogs in the mid-1970s and later took over the head coaching role in the 1980s while compiling 36 wins in five seasons. He also had coaching stints at Indiana University, Ball State and DePauw.
