FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — Multiple City of Foley offices will be closed for Labor Day on Sept. 1.
According to a city news release, all non-emergency offices will be closed on Monday. The police department and fire department will remain open.
Along with city offices, the Foley Public Library, Graham Creek Nature Preserve Interpretive Center and Foley Railroad Museum, and Holmes Medical Museum will be closed.
The library will close at 3 p.m. on Saturday and remain closed through Monday, while the interpretive center will be closed Saturday through Monday.
Some meetings and services that usually take place on Mondays will be moved to Tuesday. Those include the city council meeting and work session, recycling collection, and collection of limbs and yard debris.
