ARP, Texas (KETK) -- An assistant principal at Arp Elementary has been arrested for failing to report that her adult son was in a sexual relationship with a minor, resulting in the minor becoming pregnant at the age of 14, an arrest affidavit revealed.

June 22, 2025

Around 10:29 a.m., an officer received a report from a mom that said her now 16-year-old daughter was in a sexual relationship with a now 21-year-old man, Blake Emmanuel Florence, that resulted in a child being born on June 6, 2024.
