DES MOINES, Iowa —

The Des Moines Police Department is asking the public for help locating a missing 85-year-old man.

Police say Don Brockman was reported missing just before 6 p.m. Wednesday. He was last seen in the Union Park neighborhood.

Brockman has dementia and Alzheimer's.

He is 5'8" tall, weighing 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue windbreaker and dark gray sweatpants.
