CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Roselawn residents and business owners are concerned over the ongoing violence taking place near residential streets after three people were shot just blocks away, outside several bars off Reading Road last weekend.

Those residents said the Hookah Bars on Reading Road are open into the early morning hours and they constantly hear gunshots, see street takeovers and deal with crime on seeping onto the residential streets.

“As you can see bullet holes,” a woman, who chose to remain anonymous, said. “There’s been several times where I’ve heard gunshots and I’m on the floor in my bedroom.”

She said she has lived in Roselawn for 20 years and things have only gotten worse.
