ELLENSBURG, Wash. – The Ellensburg Rodeo, a staple event held annually during Labor Day weekend, is expected to bring plenty of excitement and entertainment.

Visitors will enjoy classic rodeo events such as bareback riding, tie-down roping, steer wrestling and saddle bronc riding.

Beyond the arena, the Kittitas County Fair offers carnival rides, food vendors and live music, making it a family-friendly destination.

Recognized as one of America’s Top 20 professional rodeos, the Ellensburg Rodeo has a rich history since 1923. It features over 600 contestants and awards with more than $700,000 in prize money.

The rodeo also hosts a stop on the PRCA’s Xtreme Bulls Tour, showcasing top riders and ropers in the nation.
