Power down, Tucson: Project Blue still in limbo despite electric deal before Corp Comm

Despite the widespread protestations this week, here's what's not happening with "Project Blue," as TEP filed to seek Corporation Commission approval for a deal to supply the proposed data center with power: the project isn't getting built. At least not yet.
