Bojan Miovski is reported to be well on his way to finalising a move to Rangers, with the Glasgow side set to land him for a bargain fee.

The Aberdeen hero netted 44 goals in two seasons for the Dons , winning him a £6.8million transfer to Girona in La Liga last summer.

However, in his debut campaign for the Spanish side, he scored just four goals in 24 matches, with the North Macedonia international unable to hold down a place in boss Michel's team.

The former Pittodrie favourite is now deemed to be surplus to requirements and is a target for Gers manager Russell Martin, who previously courted him during his spell in the dugout at Southampton, the Record Sports reports .
