NEW YORK (PIX11) – A New Yorker is $1 million richer after Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing.

A ticket sold in New York matched five numbers drawn, according to the lottery’s website. The winning numbers were 9, 12, 22, 41 and 61 with a Powerball of 25 and a Power Play of 4x.

The jackpot has jumped to $950 million, with a cash value of $428.9 million, ahead of Saturday’s drawing.

The other tickets that matched five numbers were sold in Arizona and Virginia. Three players won $2 million during Wednesday night’s drawing.
