“Three men had fallen into kind of a manhole and there was a strong odor of gas, and the men were unresponsive,” said Trinity County Chief Deputy Jeremy Carroll. He said they arrived on scene to find the gas in the manhole, and they had to wait and call backup help to recover the men.
