A WRESTLER bashed unconscious and left choking on his own teeth in a savage in-ring attack has begun a miracle recovery.

Veteran wrestler Stuart "Syko Stu" Smith has woken up after he was violently beaten up by fellow wrestler Raja Jackson on Saturday.

The brutal attack has been described as “horrifying” by eyewitnesses.

Against all odds, four days after being knocked out cold and sustaining severe head injuries, Stu has woken up and is on the mend.

Jackson - son of UFC icon Quinton "Rampage" Jackson - body slammed Stu to the canvas before pounding his head at least 20 times.

The shocking beating was brought to an end when security and other wrestlers intervened.
