THURSDAY: Mostly sunny in the morning, but storms return in the afternoon. Some could be strong to severe and will present in multiple waves, but heavy rain remains the main threat. Flooding is a possibility, especially around the Pikes Peak Region. Highs in the 70s and 80s.

FRIDAY: Storms continue overnight, predominantly out east, but we should be mostly dry through the morning. New rain arrives in the afternoon. The heavy rainfall component appears lower and mostly focused over our southern areas, but localized flooding is still possible. Highs in the 70s.
