A recent article (news.bloomberglaw.com/health-law-and-business/drug-savings-doubted-for-colorado-as-state-nears-first-pay-cap) questioning whether Colorado’s drug price cap will help patients underscores an important point: price-setting schemes, including MFN policies, rarely solve the problem.
