Marcos Castañon and Braedon Karpathios both homered twice, leading Double-A San Antonio to a 14-11 win Wednesday at Frisco.

Castañon drove in three runs on his two homers, giving him 12 on the season.

The 26-year-old infielder is hitting .267/.330/.426 with 56 RBIs through 103 games in his third tour with San Antonio.

Karpathios’ homers were his first two since a promotion from high Single-A Fort Wayne, where he hit .254/.370/.410 with 12 homers and 55 RBIs in 103 games.

Through seven games with the Missions, Karpathios is hitting .269/.345/.615 with four RBIs.

Right fielder Moises Gomez (.672 OPS) hit his seventh homer, third baseman Devin Ortiz (.651 OPS) hit his sixth and catcher Christopher Sargent, signed Wednesday to a minor league deal, homer in his first game.
