El Corazon de Mexico Ballet Folklorico, Hernandez’s brainchild, is one of Toledo’s only folkloric dance troupes. Based out of the Believe Center in Toledo’s Old South End, the group of over 60 dancers perform traditions from the annals of Mexican culture.
