Homes Under the Hammer host Martin Roberts knew that the owner of the flat located in Fulham, West London , was going to make mega cash after scooping up the property at auction, for a steal, on the BBC show.

On the repeat episode, that aired on Thursday (28 August), property expert Martin went along to England's capital to view a lower floor flat, that had an auction guide price of just £375,000.

Martin explained while the £375,000 fee for a one bed flat may have seemed steep to most of us in the UK, it was actually incredibly "cheap" for a flat in the sought after area of Fulham, where two-bedroom homes had been selling for well over £700,000 - back in 2024.
