A Charlotte man is charged with trying to steal lawnmowers from a Statesville tractor dealership on Monday.
Jarvis Hamilton Edwards Jr., 38, is charged with three counts of felony larceny, felony attempted larceny, felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, felony possession of burglary tools, three counts of misdemeanor damage to personal property, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanor displaying a fictitious tag, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
