Staff recommenced refusal, and 28 objectors listed concerns, mostly on its poor fit — height, density and parking.

Premier Doug Ford has made heaps of changes to planning — in my opinion, mostly bad. Particularly egregious was removing minimum parking requirements for multistorey buildings.
