ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — It only took Ellenora Rawnsley a few minutes in our lobby to win over the hearts of the News 8 studio—offering hugs, high fives, and blowing kisses to her adoring public.

"She’s very excitable. She knows what she wants, she knows how to ask for it and she knows how to be extremely polite when she does," describes her mom, Justina Wilkie. "She is hilarious. Her favorite thing to do is make people laugh, because she loves to laugh."

Ellie is a group finalist in the national Toddler of the Year competition—right now in third place out of the remaining top five regional competitors.
