Rubbish fire spreads to warehouse in north St. Louis

ST. LOUIS - Crews are on the scene responding to a heavy fire in north St. Louis.

According to the St. Louis Fire Department, heavy smoke is coming from a structure on the 5600 block of North Broadway in north St. Louis' North Riverfront neighborhood.

The fire started from a large rubbish fire that extended into a vacant one-story warehouse, the fire department said.
