Twelve-year-old Sophia Forchas has been named by family as one of the victims still critical following Wednesday's mass shooting at Annunciation Church and Catholic School, with her mother one of the ICU nurses who responded to the tragedy.

A GoFundMe page launched on behalf of Thomas and Amy Forchas reveals the Annunciation student underwent emergency surgery following the Wednesday morning shooting, with her medical team "doing everything they can to stabilize her."

"Her road ahead will be long, uncertain, and incredibly difficult — but she is strong, and she is not alone," reads the fundraiser, which has so far generated more than $125,000.
