A crash on Route 80 in Paterson shut down two lanes during the Thursday morning, Aug. 28, commute, officials said.

As of 9:32 a.m., the crash was reported in the eastbound lanes, east of Exit 58, Madison Avenue, according to transportation officials. Two left lanes of the four-lane highway were closed.

Drivers should expect delays in the area and plan alternate routes.
