ATLANTA — A man shown in a viral arrest video at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport this week had been drinking beforehand at the TGI Friday's and was "acting erratically," according to a police incident report.
The video was posted by ATLScoop . It shows the man, identified in the report as Liam MacDonald Smith, being approached by an officer and then shouting "tase me bro." The officer did not tase him; instead he was tackled to the ground and cuffed by two Atlanta Police officers.
