The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home at 6185 Mirlo Road in San Bernardino County sold on Tuesday for $510,000, according to its Zillow listing, taking a 14.9 percent price cut from the price listed in May. This was already 14.3 percent lower than the original asking price of $699,000 listed in November 2024, but, significantly, it was much less than the $769,000 it fetched in July 2022.
