MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — A Pennsylvania man has been found guilty of vehicular homicide, causing the deaths of two people in a 2024 collision on Interstate 79 in Monongalia County.
The Monongalia County Prosecuting Attorney's office announced that Thomas Horner, of Bobtown, Pennsylvania, was found guilty on all counts during his trial on Wednesday, including two counts of vehicular homicide and one count of felony reckless driving.
According to a press release, Horner steered his vehicle in an attempt to block another vehicle on I-79 during a road rage incident on Jan. 3, 2024.
