Summer is just about over and so to one of the most talked about summer romances: the most recent winners of 'Love Island USA' have split, according to posts on social media.

Just over a month after winning Season 7 and taking home $100,000, Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales, a 28-year-old born and raised in Everett, have broken up, the couple announced on Instagram. The announcement comes just two days after the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking breakup rumors across social media.

"Bryan and I are no longer together. After leaving the villa, it became very clear that we were on two different journeys," said Espinal on an Instagram story from Aug. 27. "Our visions didn't align and relationships are supposed to be a team sport."
