Leeds police chief says an effort to find a person being served a warrant was not a manhunt. Chief Paul Irwin says one of his officers inadvertently called a search for a suspect "a manhunt" after another law enforcement agency tried to serve a warrant and the suspect ran away. The word reached the Leeds schools who put some buildings on lockdown but the chief called and advised Superintendent John Moore that the lockdown was not necessary. No word if the suspect has been caught.
