The longtime girlfriend of singer Enrique Iglesias and former teen tennis sensation is getting set to have her fourth child. The only possible issue going forward is that she is 44 years old, and her advanced age might bring complications.

Kournikova and longtime singer boyfriend Enrique Iglesias are reportedly expecting a fourth child together.

The couple has been together since 2001, after they initially met during Iglesias’ music video “Escape”.

In those 20+ years, they never attempted to get married, but have 7-year-old twins, Lucy and Nicholas, as well as a 5-year-old daughter, Mary.
