Katie Slaton, a cousin of “1000-lb Sisters” stars Tammy and Amy Slaton, has died of Stage 4 cancer.

Amanda Halterman, the sister of Tammy and Amy Slaton, mourned her late cousin in an Instagram post published on Aug. 26.

"My little cousin went to sit at the feet of Jesus yesterday. She was a force to be reckoned with and showed love that was accepting and given freely. She was the life of the part(y) and my best friend," she captioned the post.

Halterman continued her announcement, writing, "I know both our grandparents and friends was there to welcome you home."

The reality star then asked her followers to pray for Katie Slaton's parents, cousins, partner and children.

"Please pray for everyone whom loves her. 💔Thank you all who has come out and supported her," she wrote.
