Chief Chris Yates of the Danville Police Department suggested amending ordinance 103.1 Public Nuisance, Pertaining to Towing and Impounding Vehicles that are used in the commission or conjunction of an offense during Tuesday’s Danville City Council Public Services Committee meeting.
