WASHINGTON — A reported stolen car chase brought United States Park Police officers from Southeast D.C. into Prince George's County early Thursday morning.

Three minors were arrested for the chase that ended in Greenbelt. The group was charged with stealing a car and attempting to flee law enforcement, according to Park Police spokesman Thomas Twiname.

"Additional felony charges are pending," Twiname told WUSA9.

The chase started just before midnight on Wednesday along Minnesota Avenue, in Southeast. Park Police caught up with the group near Maryland Route 201 and Maryland Route 203 in Greenbelt.

The suspects were described by Twiname only as "three juveniles." Park Police did not release any information about the person or people whose car had been stolen.
