An Aberdeenshire cafe has been named Bistro of The Year in this year's Scottish Takeaway Awards 2025.

The Scottish Takeaway Awards 2025 took place on Monday, August 25, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central, where leading establishments from across the country gathered to mark another successful year.

The event honoured outlets that, in the words of the organisers, provide "something for the whole family to enjoy" and whose food has become a staple of dining tables and living rooms across Scotland.

A wide range of winners were announced across multiple categories, with businesses from fish and chips to street food all taking home honours.
