DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) -- A New Brockton man is behind bars after investigators claimed he sexually abused at least four children in the past year.
John William Hester is facing one count of sodomy in the first degree and ten counts of sexual abuse in the first degree in Pike County and two counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12 in Coffee County. These cases are seperate.
Brundidge Police arrested Hester on August 22.
According to Pike County District Attorney James Tarbox, there are four child victims involved in the case, including a six-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl.
DA Tarbox claims that during Aniah's Law hearing in Pike County on Wednesday, Hester admitted to some of the alleged sexual abuse.
