DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — After a cool, pleasant start in the 60s this morning, your Labor Day weekend will end on a fabulous note.

Skies will remain partly to mostly clear today as highs make a run for the mid 80s, meaning any BBQ plans are good to go.

As we go throughout the week, temperatures will be on a warming trend, and it will feel like summer once more.

Highs will be in the upper 80s again Tuesday and will make a run for the 90 degree mark on both Wednesday and Thursday. At the same time, low temperatures will jump from the low to mid-60s through Wednesday to near 70 degrees by Thursday and Friday.

By the weekend, highs will return to the mid-90s, while most morning temperatures will start in the low 70s.
