MIAMI GARDENS — The oblique injury hindering star Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill isn’t expected to keep him off the field for the team’s regular season opener.

Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said Hill is looking “great” to play Sept. 7 at the Indianapolis Colts.

Hill will take part in portions of the team’s Thursday practice, the Dolphins’ last session before it prepares specifically for the Colts next week.

“He’ll do some stuff (Thursday),” McDaniel said. “We’ve been making sure he was going to have no setbacks for next week, and so, yeah, we look good — looks great.”

Hill first had the oblique ailment surface Aug. 6, missing from the day’s practice in Miami Gardens before the Dolphins traveled to Chicago later that evening.
