ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - St. Louis Sheriff Alfred Montgomery has been indicted in federal court.
The indictment is for one count of deprivation of rights under color of law. The charge stems from an incident earlier in the year in which Deputy Jail Commissioner Tammy Ross was placed in handcuffs during an incident at the St. Louis Justice Center.
