CAMP POINT, Ill. — Adams Electric Cooperative will hold its 85th annual meeting Wednesday night in Bailey Park in Camp Point.

Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. followed by a grilled pork chop sandwich dinner served to co-op members. The business meeting begins at 7 p.m. and features reports from board officers, staff and the manager.

Three directors will be elected during the meeting. Candidates are:

• District 1 — Eric Ewing of Rushville, representing Astoria Township in Fulton County and Littleton, Oakland, Buena Vista, Woodstock, Browning, Rushville, Bainbridge, Hickory and Frederick Townships of Schuyler County.

• District 2 — Brent Clair of Loraine, representing Keene, Northeast and Houston townships of Adams County and Augusta, Chili and St. Albans Townships of Hancock County.
