HOWLAND, Ohio (WKBN) - Autopsy information has been released in a fatal plane crash this summer that killed six people in Howland.

The preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board about the crash that happened on June 29 of a Cessna 441 twin-engine plane that went down just two miles away from the end of the runway at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport lists one crew member and five passengers.

The plane was carrying pilot Joe Maxin, Timothy Blake, Veronica Weller, James Weller, John Weller and Maria Weller.

An autopsy report from the Trumbull County Coroner's Office lists Blake as the co-pilot, and many officials immediately following the crash also referred to Blake as the co-pilot, but according to the NTSB preliminary report, only one crew member was listed,
