HOUSTON COUNTY, Ala (WDHN) -- Multiple reports have been made to the Houston County Sheriff's Office of people impersonating ICSolutions (inmate's phone providers) representatives over the phone.

These calls begin as recordings asking you to choose the appropriate extension to fund the inmate's phone account.

You are then prompted to fund the account using your credit or debit cards. The instructions will even direct you to a live person who will ask you for the same details.
