Shayden Morris has been dropped from Aberdeen's Europa League play-off squad after Luton Town reignited their interest in signing the pacy winger.

The Englishman missed the first leg draw at Pittodrie with a hamstring injury, but Jimmy Thelin has now confirmed that despite being fit for the second leg in Bucharest he has been left out of the squad.

Record Sport reports that the English League one side's last bid for Morris was around £600,000, but they have upped the ante after seeing two previous bids turned down.

The Scottish Cup final hero is in the last year of his contract and has been unable to agree an extension so far, and the 23-year-old could also leave Pittodrie for free come the summer.
