MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A teenager was indicted in connection with a triple shooting that happened in Times Square on Aug. 9, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr., announced Thursday.

Jayden Clarke, 17, faces multiple charges, including three counts of attempted murder.

The incident happened around 1:17 a.m. on August 9. According to court documents, Clarke was involved in a verbal dispute with a man inside Raising Cane's on West 44th Street and Broadway.

Clarke left the restaurant and waited on the block. A 19-year-old man exited the restaurant and approached Clarke, at which time, Clarke allegedly pulled out a gun and fired three shots at him, court documents allege.
