GOODYEAR, AZ (AZFamily) — A popular fashion retailer is expanding in the West Valley.

Nordstrom announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Goodyear in spring 2027.

“We look forward to being a part of the Goodyear community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack, said in a press release. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Phoenix market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.”

The Seattle-based retailer says the new store will be 25,000 square feet at GSQ , a new mixed-use development at Bullard Ave and McDowell Road in downtown Goodyear.
