LUMBERTON — The Lumberton Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Ange Cyril, age 22, of Lumberton.

On Tuesday, officers responded to 2301 Riverwood Avenue in reference to a missing person report filed by family members. According to relatives, Ange left her residence on Monday evening at approximately 8 p.m., driving her mother’s blue 2018 Nissan Rogue (NC Tag: JHL-2534). She informed her siblings that she was leaving to meet a friend. They became concerned after she failed to return home as expected and could not be reached by phone.

Ange was last seen wearing a pink hair bonnet, floral romper, dark cardigan, knee-high socks, and sandals. She was carrying a black handbag, wearing stud earrings, and has identifiable features including a birthma
