As the long, hot summer days turn to cool summer and early fall nights, some soybean fields around the Buckeye state are beginning to turn. Some of the early-planted fields are maturing and getting ready for a September harvest. Some weather-stressed fields are showing signs of the late-season heat and drought. Then there are some later-planted fields and double-crop soybean fields that are still trying to put on the final bushels and are looking for moisture.
