Community members gather at reopening of reimagined Mayberry Park

City of Greenville leadership, ownership, and players from the Greenville Drive, along with community members from its past, gathered to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Mayberry Park and dedicate the new field at 70 Mayberry St. within Unity Park.

At a public event held on August 28, a revitalized Mayberry Park was unveiled, featuring a manicured grass infield, a lighting system, home and visitor dugouts, batting cages, pitching warm-up areas, a press box, a concession stand, a scoreboard, and covered seating for approximately 100 guests.
