GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Jaquah McCall of Gloversville was sentenced this week in a sexual assault case involving children, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office's confirmed. McCall, 23, pleaded guilty before Judge Chad Brown to two counts of second-degree rape.
In accordance with his plea, McCall admitted to having sex with two fourteen-year-old girls at his Temple Street apartment in Gloversville on November 27, 2024. He was sentenced as a second-time felony offender to six and a half years in state prison for each of the two counts, which will run concurrently.
