GREENSBURG, Ind. -- A former member of the Decatur County Board of Commissioners allegedly overcharged the county in a fraudulent invoice for a piece of highway equipment purchased in an online auction.
According to court documents recently filed in Decatur County, 66-year-old Mark Koors, a Greensburg man, has been charged with: • One count of official misconduct, a Level 6 felony • One count of forgery, a Level 6 felony • One count of theft, a Level 6 felony
