Erie County District Attorney Elizabeth Hirz said her office has received "investigative materials" from police, but also said no determination has been made as they continue to investigate the shooting death of Marchello Woodard.

DA Hirz provided an update on Thursday afternoon, saying that while her office has received and is reviewing a report from Pennsylvania State Police and that they will continue to work with them as the investigation continues.

She also acknowledged the community's frustration at how long the investigation has taken and their calls for transparency, while reiterating that her office can't release any specific details in an effort to make sure the case's integrity isn't compromised.
